July Employee of the Month

At Trueman Pointe, we know that to provide the best care, we must find the right people who will be in the right places doing the right things for the right reasons. Our team is filled with outstanding individuals willing to go above and beyond to provide our residents with the best quality of life possible. We'd like to give a well-deserved shoutout to our July Employee of the Month, who exemplifies these qualities, Alex Raitz!



Alex is our Lead Cook and has been working at Trueman Pointe since August of 2020. His Manager, Mirah Jones, shared, "Alex is always willing to pick up extra shifts, never hesitates to help his fellow staff members, and brings joy to the kitchen with his sense of humor." Alex is such a joy to have in the kitchen!

Alex enjoys many hobbies while he's not at work. He likes to hike, woodwork, fish and cook. He expressed how much he loves working here because the residents and his coworkers always make things fun. Alex also wanted to share one of his favorite quotes with our residents: "It takes courage to grow up and become who you really care." - E.E. Cummings.
