April Employee of the Month

Meet one of our employees who is dedicated to our Culture of Care, Tasha Williams! Tasha is Trueman Pointe's April Employee of the Month!

Tasha is our wonderful Activities Assistant at Trueman Pointe Care Center. Before she accepted this position, she was a State Tested Nursing Assistant for over 35 years. Tasha became an STNA because she loved taking care of people. If she could describe her career in three words, it would be loving, caring, and compassionate. Tasha truly has the biggest heart!



Tasha's favorite thing about her job is getting to know the residents and their life stories. She has a knack for brightening everyones' days, and her goal is to leave everyone with a smile. She has so many favorite memories she can't pick a specific one! We are so lucky that Tasha chose to spend her career at Trueman Pointe, spreading smiles and joy to everyone around her.

Outside of work, Tasha enjoys being outside and fishing. She has been married for over 35 years to her amazing husband, Dwayne, and they have three kids together. She has two sons, Demetrius and Dwayne Jr., and one daughter, Teonia. They also have a dog named Cash. They now have six beautiful grandchildren! Tasha's favorite travel destination is Maryland. Tasha absolutely loves Ohio State football! Her favorite color is grey, and her favorite food is anything seafood! Please join us in giving Tasha a big congratulations on a job well done!
