May Employee of the Month

Trueman Pointe is happy to announce our May Employee of the Month, Michelle Ash! This month, we are celebrating Michelle and all the ways that make her a great caretaker!

Michelle is one of our hardworking Housekeepers. Although she does not provide direct care to our residents, she makes a big difference in their stay with us. Michelle is tentative to their needs, goes above and beyond her normal duties, and is extremely friendly to everyone she comes in contact with.



When asked what her favorite thing about her career is, she responded, "The residents at Trueman Pointe. I come to work every day for them. I love to be able to listen and talk with them on a daily basis. I can tell them stories about my family, and I listen to stories about theirs. We all play such an important role in their lives." Michelle does a great job making sure our residents feel loved and cared for. Not only this, but she does an excellent job at making sure they live in a safe and clean environment. She makes their rooms feel homey and free of clutter.

"Every day is a new memory. I come to work and sometimes meet a new resident and listen to their stories. My manager, Brandon, will sometimes buy us all pizza and have lunch together. The Administration Team always has stuff going on in the building that makes it fun to come to work every day," shared Michelle.
