March Employee of the Month

Congratulations to our March Employee of the Month, Tiffany Jones!

Tiffany has been such a bright light and hard worker at Trueman Pointe! Tiffany is one of our State Tested Nursing Assistants that provide top-notch care to our residents. She became an Aide back in 2014 before transitioning to our Dietary Team. She worked in the kitchen for over eight years until she decided that her heart belongs in patient care. She recently took STNA classes to become recertified and has been loving working on the nursing floor!



Before working in long-term care, Tiffany worked at ZuLily. She chose to switch career paths because she loved to help people reach their fullest potential. If she could describe her career in three words, it would be self-satisfying, hard-working, and loyal. Her favorite things about her job are the residents and their stories. Her mission is to leave everyone with a smile and make sure they feel loved.

Outside of work, Tiffany likes spending time with her family and friends. She currently does not have any kids but has two awesome fur babies; dogs, Lacy and Rascall! Tiffany is a sports fan and loves football. She roots for Michigan and the Chicago Cubs. Her favorite food is seafood and her favorite color is green!
