February Employee of the Month

Meet one of our Directors that has a huge impact on our residents' lives, Brittany Diltz! Trueman Pointe is recognizing Brittany for her hard work and dedication by awarding her February Employee of the Month! Brittany is our Director of Rehabilitation at Trueman Pointe and our sister facility, Darby Glenn. Being a Physical Therapy Assistant, she works very closely with our residents, helping them regain their strength and independence. Her favorite thing about her career is helping people meet their goals and regain their independence.

Brittany's first job in healthcare was at an outpatient clinic in Florida, but we are happy she found her way to us. She chose to work in healthcare because she loves to help people. If she had to describe her career in three words it would be fulfilling, high energy and ever-changing.



Outside of work, Brittany enjoys hiking and doing anything outdoors. If she had to pick a favorite travel destination it would be anywhere in the mountains. Brittany has two dogs; a golden doodle named Dewy and a Papillon named Mana.
