Expanding Our Management Team

Trueman Pointe is committed to expanding our team with individuals who have a true passion for long-term care. We are so excited to welcome three new fantastic Nurses to our Management Team; Zach, Brittany and Jamie!
Meet our new Director of Nursing! Zach has worked in long-term care for over 14 years. His favorite part about his career is working with the aging population and building relationships with residents and their families. Zach’s favorite thing about his team so far is how well everyone comes together with their own uniqueness and skill sets.
His goal for 2023 is to continue building and growing a strong clinical team at Trueman Pointe. He wants to provide good quality care, and in return, give good outcomes. Zach is excited to lead his team to even more success this year.

Jamie has worked in long-term care for over ten years. She started as a State Tested Nursing Assistant before going to school for nursing. She has now been a Nurse for over eight years. Her favorite part about her career is getting to know the residents. She loves hearing their stories and meeting their families.
Jamie’s goal for 2023 is to provide the best possible care to our residents. Her favorite thing about Trueman's team so far is that they feel like a big family. They all care about each other so much while bringing so much value to the team.
Last but not least, meet our newest addition to the Trueman Nursing team, Brittany! She has worked in long-term care for over eleven years as a Nurse. She started her career in long-term care and loved it so much she never left! Brittany’s favorite thing about her job is building relationships with the people we help serve. She loves getting to know residents to the point where they become family. She says there is never a dull moment and long-term care is always full of surprises.
In 2023, Brittany is looking forward to growing her team and is excited to lead the building to more success. She has a passion for excelling in her clinical care and it shows in everything that she does. Her favorite thing about her team so far is how well they all get along. They are able to make jokes and laugh at themselves when they make mistakes but can still be serious and get the job done well.
We are thrilled to have Zach, Jamie and Brittany as part of our hardworking team. Please help us give them a warm welcome! We can't wait to tackle this new year with you all!
