January Employee of the Month

Our team here at Trueman Pointe is filled with amazing individuals that put their all into making our facility feel like a home for our residents. This month, we'd like to recognize an employee that stood out and made an impact among her co-workers and residents. Congratulations to our January Employee of the Month, Lisa Creagh!



Lisa Creagh is the perfect employee to kick off Trueman Pointe's first Employee of the Month for 2023. She has been working as an Aide at our skilled nursing facility for one year. From the start, Lisa has shown a tremendous amount of dedication to her residents, making sure they receive the best care possible. Lisa goes the extra mile by working almost every holiday so the residents don't have to spend the holidays alone. She is one-of-a-kind! Lisa shows many great qualities of a compassionate and hard worker. She is constantly picking up additional shifts and going out of her way to help wherever someone is needed around the building. The Nursing Team and the entire building are lucky to have such a great Aide like Lisa. We don't know what we would do without her!
